4. Reporting of Malicious IP Addresses
SpamVerify maintains a database of IP addresses linked to malicious activity. By submitting a report, you confirm that the IP addresses you flag as malicious have, in fact, been associated with such activity. You agree not to report IP addresses as malicious if you know, reasonably suspect, or should have known that they are not involved in any malicious activity. You take full responsibility for the accuracy of your reports. SpamVerify is not liable for any false reports of malicious IP addresses, as outlined in other sections of this Agreement.
Reporting Privileges: SpamVerify grants reporting privileges and influence on an account-by-account basis. It reserves the right to revoke or suspend these privileges, adjust reporting influence, or remove IP reports at any time and for any reason.
Abuse Reporting Policy: All reports must comply with SpamVerify’s Abuse Reporting Policy, which outlines the technical requirements for submitting reports. Any violation of this policy or this Agreement may result in reduced reporting influence, loss of privileges, or account suspension/termination.
Incorrect IP Abuse Reports: If you believe an IP address has been mistakenly reported to SpamVerify or is no longer engaged in abusive activity, you may submit a “Delist Request” with supporting evidence via the relevant IP address’s Reports webpage. While SpamVerify endeavors to review properly submitted requests, action on such requests is at its sole discretion. SpamVerify disclaims all liability for erroneous or malicious reports and its decisions regarding moderation or removal of such reports.
5. User Accounts
Account Creation Requirements: To create an account, you must provide your Name, Email and company.
User Responsibilities:
- Keep Password Secure: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- Update Information: Ensure that your account information is accurate and up to date.
- Data Limitations: Please note that we do not provide data export functionality for any account tier.
When using the Website, SpamVerify may offer you the option to create a user account, providing additional access such as the SpamVerify API and IP abuse reporting privileges (“User Account”). To register, you must provide personal information, including your name, email address, and password. You agree that the information you provide will be accurate, current, and complete.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for securing access to your User Account. It may only be used by you, your authorized agents, or colleagues within a single organization. SpamVerify is not liable for unauthorized access to your account, and you must promptly report any unauthorized or suspicious activity. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. By creating an account, you consent to SpamVerify using your personal information to contact you.
THE USE OF MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS TO INCREASE API QUOTAS OR REPORTING INFLUENCE, AMONG OTHER PURPOSES, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. ONLY ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON IS ALLOWED.
SpamVerify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of Agreement violations.
Security Measures:
- All data is fully encrypted
- Automated backups are performed every 6 hours
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials
6. User Conduct
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Illegal Activities: Engaging in activities that are unlawful
- Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited messages or content
Content Standards: All content you contribute must be respectful, appropriate, and free from offensive material. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Content: LemonadeStack (https://lemonadestack.com) owns all content available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software.
User-Generated Content Rights: By submitting content to SpamVerify, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content within the Services.
8. Payment and Subscription Terms
Pricing and Changes:
- Current pricing for all tiers can be found in your dashboard
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
- Price changes will be communicated via email
- Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing
- Lifetime licenses, once purchased, cannot be downgraded
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit Card and Debit Card provided by our payment provider Stripe.
Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for Premium subscriptions. Please ensure you understand our pricing before subscribing.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any features of the Service
- Provide notice for significant changes that affect user experience
- Update the Service as needed for technical or business requirements
10. Account Termination
Conditions for Termination:
- By SpamVerify: We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms or other inappropriate behavior
- By User: You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion procedures
Effects of Termination:
- Upon termination of a paid account, the account will automatically revert to the free tier
- Access will be limited to free tier features
- Complete account deletion must be explicitly requested via email to hello@spamverify.com or through a support ticket
- Upon deletion request, all user data will be permanently removed
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Service Provided "As Is": The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: SpamVerify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
